You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse
  • Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

You may be asked to provide photo or video evidence.

Returns & Refunds

To receive a refund, the customer must return the product.
Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

In case of a return, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
These costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
